Copier, G.W. Dijsselhoff, W.M. Dudok, W.H. Gispen, J.L.M. Lauweriks, C.A. Lion Cachet, and many others. The photographs were taken by the Dutch photographer Bernard F. Eilers 1878-1951, the Parisian photographer Marc Vaux (1895-1971), a.o. - Typographic design by Jan van Krimpen. The book was printed, for the first time, with the 'Lutetia' characters drawn by Jan van Krimpen.
